New agency open on Mendips

A new firm of Chartered Surveyors and Property Agents, Killens, has been launched at Ston Easton.

Specialising in the sale and letting of rural and village property, the experienced team at Killens will be aiming to deliver a dynamic and personal service based upon local knowledge, a professional ethos and excellent website coverage.

In addition to their agency activities, Killens will also be offering a range of traditional professional services ranging from undertaking valuations, providing tenancy advice and estate management.

The offices at Ston Easton are in a fabulous rural setting just off the A37 with extensive on site parking.

Tom Killen, a partner in Killens, has over 20 years experience of providing property advice and has strong roots in Somerset. He said: “I am delighted with the formation of the new firm.
