Description

Built by David Wilson Homes this handsome detached house is situated within The Vineyards development on the fringes of the village of Coxley. This immaculate four-bedroom detached family home enjoys a good-sized plot and offers flexible living accommodation with a magnificent master suite, garage and off-road parking along with the remainder of a 10-year NHBC certificate

Accommodation

The front door opens into an entrance hall with tiled floor, cloakroom and stairs rising to the first floor. Off the hall is a well-proportioned sitting room with feature fireplace and attractive bay window. The kitchen/dining/family room runs the width of the property and features a large, glazed square bay with French doors leading out to the garden making the room feel particularly light and airy. The kitchen has an extensive range of units with integrated appliances including fridge/freezer, electric double oven, gas hob with extractor hood over and dishwasher with ample space for both a table and sofa and the bay window. To the first floor you will find two double bedrooms, one having with en suite facilities. Also, on this floor there is a single bedroom and family bathroom. Stairs rise to the second floor which boasts a delightful master suite with an en suite and dressing area.

Outside

The front of the property is very private with a low maintenance front garden mainly laid to lawn with a paved patio pathway leading to the front door. To one side is a drive, offering parking for two vehicles, which leads to the detached single garage and a pedestrian gate giving access to the rear garden. The garage has an 'up and over' door, light and power and has a pedestrian door into the rear garden. The rear garden is fully enclosed and is mainly laid to lawn with a raised patio at the top of the garden. The patio offers the perfect spot for al fresco dining and to watch beautiful sunsets in the southerly west facing garden. The garden is private, fully enclosed and benefits from side access to the driveway and direct access to the garage via a side door.
