Adjacent to the living room sits a rather spacious kitchen/dining room, the ideal space to entertain family and friends. Following on from the kitchen/dining room is very handy utility room which leads to the downstairs cloakroom and has a door to the gardens and parking. Stairs rise from the living room to the first floor which provides access to all three bedrooms alongside a family bathroom.

Situation

Pilton is a pretty, sought after Somerset village in beautiful countryside between Wells, Glastonbury and Shepton Mallet. The village has a strong community that hosts several annual events and has a good selection of societies and clubs. It has a post office, public house, village hall, tennis courts, playground, football pitch and pavilion. The village is also home to the world famous Glastonbury Festival. The major towns of the area being Bristol, Bath, Taunton and Yeovil are all within commuting distance with excellent road networks to London and the South. Castle Cary is the nearest train station with fast links to London. The nearby city of Wells is the smallest city in England and nestles close to the Mendip Hills, an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Wells has excellent local markets twice a week and many medieval buildings including the Cathedral and moated Bishops Palace. Also nearby is the town of Glastonbury which is well known for its Tor. Shepton Mallet is another historic town which is now rapidly growing. All three offer a wide range of facilities, societies and activities.
