When a family member or loved one dies, the responsibility for Executors to look after and manage the house starts as soon as they pass away. As an Executor, it will be your duty to make sure that the property is properly secure and safe, and that the property remains insured and is checked regularly.
We recognise that executors or family members may live away or unable to regularly visit. We can assist by ensuring that a property is secure and by carrying out inspections.
