Having worked in estate agency for over 10 years enjoying a lengthy career in the sale and acquisition of residential property Tayo has developed an extensive knowledge of the industry. He has worked across the UK covering a broad spectrum of markets giving him an in-depth insight of a diverse portfolio. Tayo has an excellent reputation for providing outstanding customer service to his clients and has been shortlisted multiple times for the prestigious ‘Estate Agent of the Year Award’.

Tom first joined Killens to open our Somerton office in 2021 as a negotiatior. His passion and proactive approach has seen him progress to Sales & Lettings Valuer, connecting both vendors and landlords with the right buyer or tenant. Previously having senior positions within customer service and staff management, Tom will always go the extra mile to deliver the highest standard of service. Born and raised in Somerset, he still lives locally with his wife and two young sons and is currently in the process of renovating his own property.

Gemma joined Killens in August 2022 and is currently undergoing a Degree Apprenticeship in Rural Enterprise and Land Management at Harper Adams University, to qualify as a Chartered Surveyor. Whilst working alongside Tom Killen in the Professional Services department, Gemma can also be found occasionally in the Somerton office assisting with residential sales and lettings. Gemma has grown up in South Somerset and has spent a lot of her time working on local farms. Outside of work, she enjoys being outside, walking the dogs and spending time with family and friends.

Jackie lives near Bath and is responsible for ensuring compliance and is heavily involved in the administrative aspects of residential lettings. Jackie has an in-depth knowledge of the legislation surrounding lettings and enjoys helping our clients find the perfect tenants.
